The tool runs deterministic calculations and rules locally. It does not invent research, infer causality, access live ad accounts, or run an AI model. Client evidence and strategic sign-off remain essential.

Autosaves in this browser when local storage is available. Use JSON backup to move devices or preserve client work. Do not use for sensitive personal data without an approved data-security process.

02 · Funnel & performance engine

Enter cumulative funnel-stage counts, or import a CSV. Conversion rates, drop-off, potential leakage and candidate bottlenecks update automatically.

Accepted: a two-column stage,count table; or a wide single-row table with stage names as column headers. The importer detects obvious numerical values and lets you verify them below.
Funnel counts must represent the same cohort and period for drop-off calculations to be meaningful. Cross-period or unmatched counts are flagged, not adjusted silently.

03 · Evidence & hypothesis register

Capture the actual source and separate observation from explanation. Findings without evidence are not treated as established causes.

04 · C4 barrier assessment

Rate the possible severity (0–5), potential business impact (1–5), and confidence (1–3). Scores are triage priorities, not scientific behavioral measurements.

05 · Growth architecture

Translate diagnostic findings into a cohesive strategy. The system proposes interventions from the C4 ranking; review and refine them before any client delivery.
